With 30+ years on trails across Australia and the world, from local tracks to Everest Base Camp, hiking has been the constant thread through every chapter of my life. My background in environmental science shapes how I see the outdoors: rooted in respect for place and a deep understanding of landscape. I created this blog for women who want adventure without chaos, challenge without ego, and community without the noise.
